From groundbreaking product innovations to game-changing partnerships, our team has not only been recognized by leading health outlets (thanks to HLTH, Elion, NerdsMD and many more!), but also delivered real, measurable change for clinicians across the country. The momentum we've seen this year reaffirms our confidence in the need for our product in the market and our commitment to our  mission to combat clinician burnout. 

Expanding Partnerships and Proven Success

Elaborate had an incredible year in 2024, growing its partnerships across the board. From major enterprise health systems like Community Health Network in Indiana to mid-market organizations such as River Bend Medical, the platform’s reach continues to expand. One standout highlight was forging a strategic alliance with Cedars-Sinai Health System, one of the nation’s top 10 health systems. This partnership demonstrated how scalable and reliable Elaborate’s clinical intelligence platform is when it comes to tackling the complex problem of inbasket inefficiencies. On top of that, Elaborate officially rolled out its enterprise solution to the Athena EMR as a sponsored Marketplace vendor, and demand has been overwhelming. There’s now a growing waitlist of Athena organizations eager to integrate Elaborate into their clinical workflows.

Delivering Measurable Impact

This year, Elaborate proved that the platform delivers real results. For example, at Austin Regional Clinic, clinicians saved an average of $5.30 per patient message, with some practices reducing message volumes by an impressive 36%. Altogether, this translated to saving 211 hours per month—time that could be redirected to patient care instead of admin work.

Across client sites, the platform also hit a clinical alignment rate of over 90%, meaning fewer than 5% of clinicians needed to follow up or adjust the messages managed by Elaborate.

Patients felt the benefits too. They reported an 86% improvement in understanding their lab results and sent 84% fewer follow-up messages, showing that the platform makes a real difference in clarity and efficiency. Patient satisfaction surged to 85%, underscoring how impactful Elaborate has been across different demographics.

Innovation in Product and Process

Throughout 2024, Elaborate doubled down on making the platform more intuitive and clinically advanced. New features like a multi-layer customization toolkit, additional clinical modules, validated language translations, and enhanced automation—such as the ability to dynamically provide clinical references like ASCVD scores—took center stage. The tailored onboarding experience and continual refinement of clinical algorithms paid off. Clinicians expressed growing trust in the system, leading to faster-than-expected adoption and seamless expansions within partner organizations.
